Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at contact@whatglows.com. Once processing or production has begun, we may no longer be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Shipping

We currently ship within India. Estimated delivery times are typically 3–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, remote delivery locations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate at the time of purchase. Whatglows is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at contact@whatglows.com. Shipping-related damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box to help us assess the issue.
