Refund policy

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at contact@whatglows.com. Returns must be approved before they are sent back. Approved returns should be sent to Teadpro Mechanisms, Shop No. 8–9, Suncity 2, Rupnagar, Punjab, 140001, India. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was received. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any questions regarding a return, please contact us at contact@whatglows.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate the issue with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution. To help us evaluate the issue, we may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box. If the issue is confirmed to be the result of shipping damage, a manufacturing defect, or an order fulfillment error, Whatglows will cover the return shipping cost and arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned Gift cards, Sale or clearance items (if applicable). If you have questions about whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, you may request a return of the original product in accordance with our Return Policy and place a new order for the desired item once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, although it may take additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment service to complete the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@whatglows.com.
